Are ranking controls only on paid plans?
No. The same ranking, intent, SERP, and media settings are in the plugin on every plan. Plan differences are service quotas (indexed URLs, queries, indexes).
What is the difference between Production, Stage, and Dev on one license?
One license can cover up to four sites (every domain counts, including local). Production is your live site and uses the full plan search quota. Stage is capped at 50 searches/month. Dev slots are capped at 5 searches/month each. Index capacity is the plan limit for the license overall—not multiplied per environment. Assign types in your account after activation.
